Booking Terms & Conditions
Please make sure you read the booking terms and conditions carefully. They have been created not only to protect Viver Bem as a business but also to give you the best possible customer experience whilst at the salon. If you have any questions or queries please do not hesitate in contacting me.
Making your appointment
All customers will need to use Vagaro to make bookings. Your account gives you full control over your appointments and is the fastest and easiest way to make changes or view details.
On appointment day
Please arrive on time for your appointment or a few minutes early. There is street parking around the area which can get busy around peak times, so please allow extra time if you are arriving by private vehicle. There are also mainline bus-stops nearby.
Reschedule or cancel
Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can do this via your Vagaro account with 24 hours notice, or feel free to call the salon. Please make any changes as soon as possible and in any event no later than 24 hours’ notice.
Late arrival or no-show
Please arrive on time for your appointment ,depending on your arrival time we will determine how much of the treatment we are able to offer.
Our prices
The Fees payable for the services are specified on booking and payable on the day of client appointment without any set off or deduction.
Respecting salon staff
Viver Bem politely asks all of its clients to treat salon staff with the utmost respect. If you have a complaint or disagreement please discuss this with your beauty technician.
