Who is Viver Bem?
Leidy Alves
Viver Bem was founded and is owned by me, Leidy Alves. I started living in the UK 17 years ago with my son Richard, and very soon I got to know some wonderful people around me, which made all the difference in establishing myself in this country. I am an easy-going person and I love meeting new people. I know I can empower those who want to achieve their goals but are lacking the willpower to make changes in their routines.
My key influencers are “one mind, body, and life”. We live in a society that requires a lot of time and it can be very stressful. Finding a balance between work, family, leisure, and hobbies is very hard. If I can provide at least one hour of peace to my clients’ hectic lives then I am happy.
My inspirations are being able to make people happier and achieve their goals. Regardless of what their goals are; lose weight, get confident in themselves, and be able to provide a peaceful moment when they have a massage with me. Also what inspires me the most is my son!

Qualifications
My background is Brazilian with a well-known focus on body image, which has helped to develop my interest in this area. I have training in sports massage which has helped me in my training sessions, and I also do other types of massages like, Bamboo Massage, Drainage lymphatic, and clinical.
